Refund Eligibility
Refund of Online Self-Paced Courses
Refunds for online self-paced courses are available within 3 days from the date of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Once you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refunds will be provided.
Refund of Online Instructor-Led Courses
Refunds for online instructor-led courses are available at least 7 days before the course start date. Once the course has started, refunds will not be granted. However, you may be eligible to reschedule to a future course session with proper notification.
Refund of On-Site Training
Refunds for on-site training services are subject to specific contractual agreements and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to discuss your situation further.

How to Request a Refund?

Refund Process
If your refund request is approved according to our policy, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method. Refund transactions may take 7 to 14 business days, excluding time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account. Any transaction cost associated with your cancelation request will be deducted from your refund and we can only use the original payment method used.
