At LOGISTANCY LTD, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your participation in our training and consulting services. Please review our Cancellation Policy outlined below:

Cancellation of Online Self-Paced Courses

You may cancel your enrolment in an online self-paced course 3 days from the date of enrolment before accessing more than 20% of the course content. Once you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation of Online Instructor-Led Courses

To cancel your enrolment in an online instructor-led course, please notify us at least 7 days before the course start date. Once the course has started cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fees.

If you are unable to attend an online instructor-led course after it has started, you may be eligible to reschedule to a future course session, subject to availability and with proper notification.

Cancellation of On-Site Training

Cancellations of on-site training services are subject to specific contractual agreements and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to discuss your situation further.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us at info@logistancy.com. We will review your request and respond within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund Process for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved according to our policy, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method. Refund transactions may take 7 to 14 business days, excluding time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account. Any transaction cost associated with your cancelation request will be deducted from your refund and we can only use the original payment method used.

Non-Cancellable Items
